Jeni’s Introduces 3 New Ice Cream Flavors We are attempting to run

Although ice cream is often linked with the summer season, is there ever a time of year when it is not appropriate to have this sweet and creamy treat? Not in our opinion at all. Whether it’s traditional vanilla ice cream on top of a warm apple pie at Thanksgiving or peppermint bark bars that you hide in the freezer to enjoy after an afternoon of vacation cookie baking and only taking a few tastes of dough, there are plenty of reasons to reward yourself with a scoop or two of ice cream during the holiday season.

When it comes to the new seasonal collection that Jeni’s Ice Creams has released, Christmas baking is the essential ingredient to look out for. Bringing back three fan-favorite tastes that also have the seasons written all over them (and in them), Jeni’s has integrated ice cream and cookies by introducing three new flavors that are inspired by traditional holiday cookies. Additionally, the company has blended ice cream and cookies.

Jeni’s Ice Cream Has Introduced New Flavors for the Holiday Season

We don’t think anybody will complain if you just open a couple pints of these new Jeni’s varieties and toss some spoons on the table for the holiday celebrations. If you don’t have the time to create a tray of cookies or bake any dessert, we don’t think anyone will object. The ice cream store, which was founded in Ohio, has introduced three brand-new flavors as part of their Splendid Holiday collection:

  • Lemon Crinkle: There is a buttery lemon ice cream called Lemon Crinkle, which is inspired by lemon crinkle biscuits and has a ribbon of sweet cream.
  • Iced Molasses Gingerbread: Gingerbread cookies and molasses cookies are two seasonal traditions that served as inspiration for the creation of Iced Molasses Gingerbread, which is a spiced molasses ice cream blended with gingerbread pieces and a white icing swirl.
  • Seven-Layer Bar: This seven-layer bar is a coconut and toasted toffee ice cream with pockets of bittersweet cacao and brown sugar crumble. It was inspired by the coconutty and chocolatey seven-layer bars that popularized the concept.

This collection also includes three flavors that are returning, each of which has a significant amount of festive flair:

  • White Chocolate Peppermint: White Chocolate Peppermint is a peppermint ice cream that is swirled with pink and white chocolate and has particles of white chocolate. It was inspired by peppermint bark. Reviews have said that this is the holiday treat that they are most looking forward to, and they have referred to it as their “absolute favorite Christmas flavor.”
  • Pistachio Macaron: A pistachio macaron is a kind of ice cream that is made with roasted pistachios and has a texture similar to nougat. It is inspired by French macarons. A user on Instagram stated, “I kid you not, that Pistachio Macarons is the best pistachio-flavored ice cream I’ve ever had.” Pistachio fans should take notice of this statement.
  • Boozy Eggnog: Eggnog, the most popular alcoholic beverage consumed throughout the Christmas season, served as the inspiration for Boozy Eggnog, an ice cream flavor that is flavored like egg custard and is infused with nutmeg and Uncle Nearest Whiskey. One user went so far as to say that it was “literally my favorite ice cream flavor ever.” This seasonal flavor is a fan favorite that Jeni’s followers have fondly remembered for years.

Individual pints of each flavor are now available for purchase online as part of the Grand Holiday Collection. You can also get the collection as a whole. Whole Foods Market is one of the merchants that carries Jeni’s seasonal flavors, and you may also find them there.

Therefore, when it comes time to plan your Christmas shopping, be sure to include a couple pints of Jeni’s festive varieties on the list of things you need to purchase. Your visitors, as well as your taste senses, will be grateful to you.
