On a hot day, there is nothing quite like the sensation of taking that first drink of ice-cold Coca-Cola. Or does it exist? Imagine for a moment that you could get a glass bottle of something that is a little bit more intriguing and yet feel as refreshed as before.
The Coca-Cola Company offers a wide range of beverages in every region of the globe. Whether it’s the fruity Country Club Merengue in the Dominican Republic or the bitter Beverly in Italy, the biggest soft drink company in the world offers something that you may not have experienced elsewhere in the world. Barrilitos is an example of this kind of soda, which is made and packaged in Mexico of Mexican origin.
Barrilitos are going to be available in the United States thanks to Coca-Cola
Since 1938, the firm that was founded in Monterrey has been providing the Mexican public with a wide range of carbonated beverages as a means of satisfying their thirst. It was bought by the Coca-Cola Company in the year 2008. In the year 2017, it added aguas frescas to the party, which was part of the expansion of the Barrilitos portfolio. Coca-Cola is now focusing on the market in the United States. Barrilitos are about to make their debut on our nation’s beaches, with the first two states being California and Texas.
Barrilitos, which are called “Made Con Much Flavor,” will initially be offered in four distinct kinds by the company. The mandarin orange, often known as mandarin, is revered for its harmonious combination of sweet and tart qualities. Additionally, there is Manzana, which is an apple, Piña, which is a pineapple, and Ponche de Frutas, which is a fruit punch that is vivid red in color.
Last but not least, there is a combination of pineapple, strawberry, and citrus. In the not too distant future, tamarind, also known as tamarind, will join those with its sweet and sour flavor.
It seems from the photographs that it is a good complement to chips, ceviche, and esquites, which are a kind of Mexican street corn that is eaten from the cob. Not a single one of those concepts has angered us.
Bottles of Barrilitos may be purchased in either a 12-ounce glass bottle or a 1.5-liter plastic container, making them suitable for families.
In spite of the fact that Barrilitos will first be promoted in the states of California and Texas, Coca-Cola is already making preparations to launch the product in the states of Oklahoma and Southern Nevada.
What is the most important question is how it compares to Jarritos, which is another Mexican soda that comes in glass bottles and is currently available in the United States. Jarritos offers a comparable choice of tastes, although a bigger one. Barrilitos surely has the benefit of antiquity on its side, since Jarritos was established in the year 1950. A pineapple vs pineapple and tamarind versus tamarind soda taste is something that we anticipate going to happen in the future.
